Nines comes from the phrase “to the nines,” which means the art of doing things beautifully, intentionally, and to the highest standard.

That definition mirrors exactly how we approach our work. Nines Lifestyle Management exists to handle life’s details with care, discretion, and excellence. Not rushed. Not sloppy. Not transactional. Thoughtful support, done properly, every time.

Our name reflects the standard we hold ourselves to and the experience we create for our clients.

Nines offers three core areas of support. They can be chosen separately or they can integrate seamlessly into one another for our ongoing clients.

    We create organized digital records of your home, furnishings, valuables, and key household information using photos and structured inventories. This provides clarity and continuity for insurance needs, estate planning, seasonal transitions, and ongoing household management.

Each service is customized. We keep things focused, efficient, and aligned with your lifestyle.


What services does a personal assistant provide?

At Nines, we take ownership of the details that keep your life and home running smoothly.

This can include personal and lifestyle support like scheduling, errands, personal shopping and returns, dry cleaning coordination, travel planning, vehicle servicing, pet care coordination, and support for family events or logistics.

Ongoing household support often includes professional organizing, in-home laundry, meal prep assistance, grocery and market shopping, overseeing deliveries, coordinating and waiting for service providers, gathering contractor quotes, house sitting or home checks, packing and unpacking, calendar management, and day-of assistance for gatherings or events.

Because our work is highly customized, this list is not exhaustive. If you’re unsure whether something fits, ask. Our role is to step in where life feels heavy and make it feel handled so you can reclaim your nights and weekends or simply not feel pulled apart in 100 different directions.


Can a personal assistant work remotely?

Yes. While Nines is known for hands-on, in-home support, we also offer remote and virtual assistance when it makes sense.

Remote support may include email and calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, research, and administrative follow-through. Many clients find that a hybrid approach, combining in-person and remote support, offers the most flexibility and continuity.

We believe effective delegation comes down to trust, context, and relationship. We work together with you to understand your preferences, priorities, and decision-making style, so we can act on your behalf seamlessly, whether they’re in your home or working remotely.

Nines uses a secure, client-specific cloud portal to manage and organize each household we support.

This private portal acts as a living household/family manual. It houses essential information, preferences, routines, ongoing tasks, service providers, and requests in one discreet, organized place. Our clients can also access it, which allows us to work efficiently, consistently, and with context.

Over time, this system enables us to anticipate needs, reduce repetition, and step in seamlessly without constant check-ins or explanations. It’s how support feels thoughtful rather than transactional.

Because building this level of understanding and organization takes time and care, our Signature Personal Assistant clients commit to a minimum of three months. This allows us to properly build out each household, establish rhythm, and deliver the level of support Nines is known for.
