Hi, I’m Brandi! I’ve been a wife for more than 20 years, I’m a mother, and an entrepreneur running multiple businesses over the past decade. Somewhere in the middle of all of that, I learned firsthand what busy families and professionals have trouble admitting out loud…
that you can love your life and still feel completely maxed out by the weight of keeping it all running.

I was running multiple businesses, managing schedules, supporting my family, caring for our pets, and trying to maintain a home environment that kept me grounded. If you’re anything like me you absolutely need an orderly space to have an orderly mind, yet between all the million little things that it takes to run my personal and home life I never had time to enjoy any kind of “lifestyle”.

We know these tasks have to be done for a household and family to run smoothly… but they don’t always have to be done by you.

However, delegating to family members inadvertently turned me into the household project manager - assigning tasks, following up, repeating reminders... It became another job I never wanted to sign up for!

You can ask anyone in my family a common saying of mine is “some things are worth your time, and some things are worth your money”. If you can afford to delegate something it’s a no-brainer. What overwhelmed individuals truly need is support that removes friction, restores bandwidth, and gives them room to live the life in whatever way feels most fulfilling to them. That’s exactly where Nines was born. I know a service like this would have changed my quality of life, and I know it could change someone else’s.

Before relocating back to the Coachella Valley, my husband (a longtime luxury home builder) and I started a boutique estate management company in Whitefish, Montana, where we lived for 14 years. We managed luxury homes, secondary residences, and high-net-worth clients with complex property needs. I also have more than a decade of background in short-term rental operations, staging, and hospitality - developing seamless systems for household care, guest experiences, and operational efficiency.

Bringing that expertise into personal lifestyle management support for others just made sense.

Today, Nines focuses on providing calm, confidential, high-touch support inside the home - the kind of support that reduces the thousand open tabs running in your mind and brings as much calm as possible back to your life. From household routines and organization to errands, vendor coordination, light meal prep and more, I help my clients reclaim their time, lighten their mental load, and elevate the way their homes feel and function.

I cannot live without coffee and when I’m not working you can find me enjoying a random evening of pickleball with friends and family, evenings spent with loved ones at home and any good moment of entertainment in between!
